One of the best-loved and premium cuts of beef in our carnivorous country is Maminha. In the good old USA it’s referred to as the “bottom round.” This cut is suited for grilling on a charcoal or gas grill when cut into steak tips. Versatile and lean, it’s one mean cut of beef.

A recently rediscovered ancient “grain” native to South America, quinoa was once called “the gold of the Incas,” who recognized its value in increasing the stamina of their warriors. Not only is quinoa a high source of complete protein, but add our grilled shrimp on top and you’ll have a feast fit for the gods.
